Our cuisine is designed to astonish and inspire. Not only in terms of flavour - but also regarding the classical techniques.
We attach great importance to the traditional guest care and, for instance, serve meat and fish dishes as a whole - only to carve or fillet it before the guest’s eyes, precisely following the time-honored method.
Anyone who visits Johannas is welcome to sit down, relax and simply enjoy. Everything else will be taken care of.
