Andi Neumayr's appreciation for the diversity of nature and his endless experiments, in both kitchen and garden, are the driving forces in his creations.
Those who value regional food must bow to the seasonal offer - which requires a conscientious examination of the individual products and their interplay. However, Andi does not consider the limitation of products as a restriction, but rather as an opportunity: he reduces his menu to the essentials and thus creates space for new and unexpected creations.

Wednesday, Thursday from 6 p.m., Friday, Saturday, Sunday, public holidays 12 p.m. - 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. - 12 a.m.
