Professionalism and creativity - without fashionable frippery, but a little bit too stuffy: The Neumayr Restaurant is convincing almost all along the line.

Praise can be as boring as a soup without salt, except for the praised, of course. Thus, a tasting in which a restaurant is torn down is much more palatable than a consistently positive review. But usually there is also a hair in a well seasoned soup, so that boredom is limited...
